This workshop is called “Hello Feet – there is more to explore”. The objective is to look at how the foot influences posture, balance and movement by way of my self-assess and address sequence. If there is one thing I can vouch for from a professional perspective it would be this - the quickest, safest and most effective way of restoring and optimising functional freedom, is via the feet.Freedom of mind and body is something I am very grateful for and something I nurture dearly. I am also privileged to be able to educate you, help you and encourage you to do the same day by day in a gentle way.

One more thing, I’m making a fresh batch of healing Kawakawa Balm. Txt me if you’d like to order some (021 269 5741) and repurposing pottles would be much appreciated.Kawakawa is related to the kava plant and is fantastic for a wide range of skin issues. It is also known to be an effective insect repellent. Do try it!

I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.

Yours in Health & Movement,

 Fem.
